Welcome to The Saffron Walden Therapy Room
Thank you for visiting our website where a warm welcome is offered to all.
The Saffron Walden Therapy Room offers individual and relationship counselling. We also offer personal development sessions and workshops for individuals and small groups.
We hope you will find some helpful information and if there is anything else you need please do get in touch.
Sometimes during our lives we can experience stress, trauma, coming to a crossroad and not knowing which way to turn, confusion or simply that something just doesn't feel right.
Counselling gives the opportunity to express your thoughts and feelings where you will be listened to and not judged.
Talking through your issues or concerns can help you to make sense of what you are going through and understand why you are feeling the way you do.
This understanding in itself can bring about personal psychological change helping you to recognise the choices available to you and finding ways in which to move forward in your life.
The Saffron Walden Therapy Room provides a safe place where you can explore your thoughts and feelings with a qualified counsellor in a calm, non-judgemental and confidential environment.
Our counselling practice is based in the heart of the historic town of Saffron Walden, Essex which is easily accessable from the M11, Audley End rail station, Cambridge, Bishops Stortford and all of the surrounding villages of Littlebury, Debden, Ashdon, Radwinter, Newport, Clavering, Great Chesterford, Little Chesterford, Quendon, Ugley, Thaxted, Stansted Mountfitchet and Elsenham.
You will find us at Fairycroft House in Audley Road where there is on-site parking.
We are both qualified integrative counsellors and registered members of the BACP. We provide counselling therapy for a wide range of issues including:
Personal Development Workshops
We have created our own personal development workshops to encourage personal insight and to unlock individual inner potential.
Workshops are held in small groups (minimum four people maximum six) which are supportive and welcoming to encourage active participation with time for self-reflection.
Our aim is to inspire you, instill self-belief and promote ongoing self-development.
